Any deliverables, including but not limited to workflows, templates, and training materials, created by us during the course of our engagement remain the sole property of Advanced Workflows LTD. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own internal business purposes only.

We make no warranty or representation that the services provided will meet your requirements or expectations, or that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the services provided.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any fees paid for services not yet provided will be refunded to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in London, UK.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use our website or services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
